AVEK has continuous application periods apart from the Mediarata and the CreaDemo and DigiDemo grants. In addition, in some supports the decisions are only made on certain days.
Mediarata
The application period is 1.2.–14.3.2024. The applications must be in the AVEK online application system on the last application date at 4pm the latest.
CreaDemo and DigiDemo support
In 2024 there will be two rounds of applications:
The application period for concept support will start on 26 February and end on 5 April 2024 at 16:00. For more information on the concept support application process, please contact Media Art Commisioner Milla Moilanen during the call hours on 5 March and 12 March at 9:00–12:00.
The application period for demo grants will start on 20 May and end on 6 September 2024 at 16:00.
Training supports and course support
The AVEK education section makes the decisions.
The meeting dates of the education section for 2024 are 5.3., 14.5., 28.8. and 12.11.2024.
The application must reach AVEK two weeks before the meeting. The applications must be in the AVEK online application system on the last application date at 4pm the latest.
The application must be at AVEK before the training or the course.
Support for audiovisual culture
Application deadline for 2024 is not yet known.
Support for international promotion
Applications for the support of international promotion are processed approximately every six weeks. For more detailed information about the decision schedule, contact AVEK’s director Ulla Simonen.
