Application deadlines

AVEK has continuous application periods apart from the Mediarata grant. In some supports the decisions are only made on certain days. You can find more information about these exceptions below.

Mediarata

The application period is 1.2.–14.3.2023. The applications must be in the AVEK online application system on the last application date at 4pm the latest.

CreaDemo and DigiDemo support

The application period for concept support will start on 15 February and end on 11 April 2023 at 16:00.

The application period for demo grants will start on 15 May and end on 11 September at 16:00.

Training supports and course support

The AVEK education section makes the decisions.

Next meeting is held on 4.5.2023. The application must reach AVEK on 20.4.2023 the latest. The applications must be in the AVEK online application system on the last application date at 4pm the latest.

In the autumn 2023 meetings are held on 22.8. and 21.11. The application must reach AVEK two weeks before the meeting.

The application must be at AVEK before the training or the course.

Support for audiovisual culture

Application and decision process is tied to board meeting times.

The application period in 2023 is not yet available.

The applications must be in the AVEK online application system on the last application date at 4pm the latest.

Support for international promotion

Applications for the support of international promotion are processed approximately every six weeks. For more detailed information about the decision schedule, contact AVEK’s director Ulla Simonen.
