Application periods vary by form of support. A final report must be submitted for the support received to the online system.
Use of the AVEK online application system requires registration. Registration takes place on the Kopiosto extranet portal where applicants register as individual personal customers or corporate customers. You will be able to access the AVEK online application system after registration.
The AVEK online application system requires a new registration also from those who have used the previous system. Old usernames will not work.
Working groups register as individual customers. In practice, the working group names one person in whose name the group registers into the system. Companies, organisations and associations register as a corporate customer. Corporate customer registration requires a Business ID.
Private individuals log on to the system with online bank user identifiers. Organisations create a username and a password. The same username can be used to apply for all types of support.
You can create and submit applications and final reports using the online AVEK application system. The application system displays incomplete applications and applications that require a final report. An incomplete application can be saved and its contents edited.
On the final day of the application period, the applications must be submitted to the AVEK online application system by 4pm at the latest.
